“Elliot” is a tall and handsome 2008 colt by Last Detail out of Leaguers Fancy Lace. He was born on April 8th. Elliot is 13.2 hands at 5-1/2 months of age. “Pixie” is a 2002 15.1+ hand sorrel APHA mare. She has an extensive show career with her previous owner Betsy LaDuke from Manitowoc WI. In 2007 Pixie was #12 on the Showmanship lifetime PAC (Paint Alternative Competition) credits leaders. She has 392 PAC lifetime credits!
Alyssa and Pixie had a great 2008 Barron County Fair! In their eight Gymkhana classes they received one Top Blue, three Blues and four Top Reds. In their Pleasure classes Alyssa and Pixie received Top Blues in all but two of her classes (she received a Blue in those two classes). She was also chosen “Top Groomed” for her age group again this year! At the District 4-H Horse Show Alyssa and Pixie came home with 3 Grand Champions, 2 Reserve Champions and 1 Top Ten out of their 7 classes entered.
